CAYDA Consulting & Solutions, Inc. (“CAYDA,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through the CAYDA Finance Suite marketing website and demo-request form. Customer account and product data may also be covered by the customer agreement and in-product notices.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company name, and company size. We also collect attribution information such as the page URL, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers when those values are present in the link you used.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a relevant product demonstration.
- To evaluate product fit, propose pricing, and support a potential trial or subscription.
- To understand which marketing channels generate inquiries and improve the website.
- To protect the form and our services from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
We do not sell the personal information submitted through the demo form.
Who may process it
Authorized CAYDA personnel and service providers may process this information when needed to operate the website and respond to you. These providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application infrastructure, and Resend for email delivery. Processing may occur outside the Philippines, subject to appropriate safeguards and provider commitments.
Retention
We normally retain demo-inquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may keep it longer when you become a customer, ask us to continue discussions, or when retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies
The marketing site does not currently set advertising cookies. The application uses necessary session and security technologies when you log in. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this notice and provide any choice required by applicable law.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, object to, erase, or restrict the use of your personal information, and may raise a complaint. The Philippine National Privacy Commission provides more information about data-subject rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
